Founder Story

From an early age, food was complicated for me. Sensitivities and reactions made every meal feel uncertain. Years ago, a serious health scare forced me to remove gluten and dairy entirely. That decision was not only about food. It was about survival and recovery. It showed me how deeply nutrition can shape energy, healing, and quality of life.

Later, when I faced a cancer diagnosis, that understanding became even more personal. Nutrition and careful decisions around ingredients played a central role in my recovery. At the same time, I realized how little infrastructure existed for people who live with real dietary risk. The world did not have systems that could understand the complexity of ingredients, human biology, and context in a way that could support people and operators at scale.

Alervio was created in response to that gap. I wanted to build technology that felt both intelligent and human. Tools that could help operators serve with more confidence and help guests feel less alone.

What began as my personal fight to reclaim my own health has grown into a mission to improve how people experience food. I believe dietary intelligence will become a standard expectation in food, travel, and care. Alervio is working to build the foundation for that future.
