From a young age, I faced constant challenges with food sensitivities that shaped how I viewed health and nutrition. I learned early how complex and isolating it can be to navigate food safely. Years later, after surviving cancer and witnessing how nutrition influences recovery, I understood that the problem was bigger than me. The world needed a system that could think, learn, and protect, powered by both empathy and intelligence.

Alervio was created to fill that gap.

It represents my promise to build technology that serves humanity, transforming how the world approaches food safety and personal wellness. What began as a personal struggle has become a global mission to make food intelligent, safe, and personal for everyone.
